My Boxer Puppy Keeps Throwing Up

I have a 6 year old boxer and lately I have been noticing she is vomiting a lot of yellow/brown bile. Her nose is very dry and I can't get the vomiting to stop. She does it at night and I wake up to a pile of bile on the floor. I feed her premium dog food for sensitive stomachs, I have even given her pepcid-AC.
