My Doberman has the EXACT same problem. Initially his bumps were concentrated around his elbows/ankles, but now he gets them all over (back, neck, shoulder blades, etc.) My vet put him on antibiotics which did help control the problem but they came back immediately after his antibiotics were finished. My 7 month old Red Doberman is having horrible skin problems. He has little bumps all over his body, thining hair.
