For weeing straight outside the crate move the crate nearer a door and open the door for her to go straight out or open the crate and call straight to the door with a treat etc. She will smell the treat so that will keep her mind off weeing. My puppy won’t stop weeing in his crate but I know in the long run he will stop doing it. X The last three mornings I have taken the puppy out normally and she has gone poop outside like normal. I leave for work and within 10-15 minutes my wife gets back from running. Within 10-15 minutes of time the puppy has pooped in her crate.
