Well, I dont know whats wrong with my puppy but hes not able to move his neck sometimes, and when it happens i have to put him on heat, i need to figure out whats wrong with him but i've tried everything, only time he feels better is when hes on the heat, when he was born he wasnt able to breathe, he was born may 7th but i dont know what could.
