Fortunately, puppy vaginitis, as its name implies, is an ordeal that is limited to puppyhood. Once the puppy reaches puberty, it should go away on it’s own. Signs of Trouble. Not always dog owners notice their puppy has vaginal discharge right away. Puppies may readily “lick off any evidence” before their dog owners even have time take.

My doberman puppy pees all the time. Continued. Urine Marking. Some dogs urinate in the house because they’re scent marking. Dogs scent mark for a variety of reasons, including to claim territory, to identify themselves to other dogs and let them know they’ve been there, and in response to frustration, stress or an anxiety provoking situation. A dog scent marks by urinating small amounts on vertical surfaces. When petting your puppy, go for under the chin rather than the top of the head. Keep all greetings low key and take your dog outside to relieve itself as soon as you get home. If your dog pees in the house, simply clean it up without fuss and go away. Don't forget to reward and praise your pup when it pees in the appropriate spot. If your puppy pees when excited – head on over to my puppy pees on visitors where we explain what to do Over-excitement lies at the heart of all kinds of common puppy problems. From frenzied biting at fingers to biting at clothes and generally behaving in a crazy manner, these are all signs of an over excited puppy. That is what my puppy does all the time. He does drink a lot of water. He can hold himself all night (he sleeps with me and has never had a single accident). Some days he does great and some days not. By great I'm meaning only two or three accidents that day. Sometimes we go out and he pees and comes back in and pees again in just a few minutes.

A lot of young pups have this but it usually goes away. Some signs are if when he pees yellow slime comes out too. However, if he is peeing as much as you've said; I would worry and get a check up. My Doberman puppy has to pee 1-2 times every hour. Sometimes she'll hold it even longer, but I take her out a lot and she usually always pees. Your fuzzy buddy is full of life and endless energy. Unfortunately, he’s also jam-packed with a nonstop supply of urine. Puppies under 1 year old have tiny bladders that aren’t able to hold on to a lot of water, making them pee from morning till night. There are a few things you can do to figure out when it might be. Let your puppy go outside one more time after dinner, and then make sure they are water-free for the rest of the night. You’ll want to cut off their water intake roughly 2 1/2 hours before it’s time for bed. Also, take them out roughly 2 to 3 hours before bedtime to further avoid the danger of stepping in any puddles in the morning. For many breeds, now is when your puppy will do most of his physical growing. By the time he is 9 months old, he may have reached between 80 and 100 percent of his full adult size and weight. All his adult teeth will be in place. During this period of physical development, your dog will mature sexually.

MY PUPPY WHO IS 4 MONTHS OLD PEES AT LEAST 24 TIMES A DAY AND WE HAVE TAKEN HER TO THE VET AND THEY HAVE FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH HER SO FAR. I GUESS TIME WILL TELL IF IT STOPS, IF NOT IN THE NEAR FUTURE THEN WE WILL BE BACK TO THE VET.. My Doberman pup pees at least every four hours.....almost 4 months old. We have had him since he was a puppy, altho when we got him things were a bit stressful. My husband was very ill and I had to work full-time so he probably did not get as much reinforcement as he could have used re going potty outside. but within 6 months of us getting him things were settled down and we have been consistent with him since. Remember that every time your puppy has an accident, they get the reward of an empty bladder. Therefore, it’s vital you supervise your puppy every time they aren’t in their crate or safe area. Oh no so sorry to hear your puppy is going threw that. Our dobergirl had so much trouble with that when she was a pup before and after her spay. She had so many utis we actually had to replace our whole first floor carpet. She was on antibiotics off and on all the time. She eventually grew out of it after about a year and countless food changes.

It's a matter of association. No 10-week-old anything can tie cause and effect with a time duration. In other words, correcting a puppy because of a puddle of pee will not prevent him in any way from peeing in the house. More likely, it will increase the problem depending on what random thing the puppy does associate with the correction. Lately I’ve been getting a lot of puppy pee pee poo poo questions here on the blog.. Of course pee and poop go hand in hand with potty training, crate training, and puppies in general so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised by all the poop I’m hearing.
